Cathy and Todd discuss sexual assault, how it’s an act of power and control, and why so many women are using the #notokay hashtag. They share research from Daniel Pink, author of Drive, about how to better communicate with our kids and inspire them to become more intrinsically motivated. They also listen to wise words from the Holistic Life Foundation’s Ali Smith, one of the keynotes for the Zen Parenting Conference.

Regarding the format, I would much rather have the content all at one time. I love the longer episodes and listen when I have time. If I can’t listen to an hour all at once, I hit pause and come back to it when I have the time. This is what I do for all the podcasts I listen to
Thanks for your show. It’s one out of the many I subscribe to that I never miss!

Thanks for the feedback Beth. Keep truckin’ Todd
I like the longer episodes as well. I have an hour commute so they are perfect! Either way though, it wouldn’t stop me from listening!
