Absolutely authentic advice, understanding and compassion for the parenting journey. Cathy has a wealth of knowledge and experience both as a mom and a professor. Todd makes sure listeners understand the episode’s topic and can apply it to their own lives that very day. ZPR is a very valuable resource.

I have been listening to ZPR for approximately five years. I love the topics they discuss and their motto: “The best predictor of a child’s well-being is a parent’s self-understanding.” The show has helped me look inside myself and work on my triggers and past trauma to become a better parent. I’m forever grateful for this show because I became a much better and more understanding parent to my two children. I have also become a much better human because of Cathy and Todd. Keep on trucking!

I’ve been listening to Zen Parenting Radio for almost 10 years. I feel like we’ve raised our kids together and that I am part of the family. I look forward to listening to them chat about the way they manage this crazy world and keep their connection strong with each other and their awesome kids. I may not agree with everything these two and their guests say, but this podcast consistently makes me think and pushes my thinking. Oh, and parenting is hard, so it's helpful to get out of my own head and hear other thoughts and ideas.

Todd and Cathy do a wonderful job sharing their experiences as parents and partners. They are funny, educational, and cute together. At the end of each episode I reflect on 1 thing that I plan on implementing into my life. What’s reassuring is knowing that I am not alone in this world. I have resources like ZPR, Men Living, friends, family, and coworkers. Thanks for all that you do!

I’ve been listing to this show for a few years now and I’m embarrassed that I haven’t shared my love for the show sooner. The perspective Cathy and Todd give on parenting is so helpful. As I continue to navigate the waters of being a single parent of twins I always look forward to hearing this podcast to help me learn how to be a better dad.
