I would say Danny Devito from Jack and the Bear. Deffinatly should make the list.
I love Danny DeVito (I have been enjoying him on It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia), but I have never seen Jack the Bear….another one to watch!
Jim Anderson, Father Knows Best
I’ve never seen Father Knows Best – it’s on the list!
funny, i am missing archie bunker on the list.
Gil Buckman, played by Steve Martin, Parenthood (1989 ) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0098067/
His ability to be honestly afraid and maintain a sense of humor about fatherhood is what makes him such a great Dad.
Daniel, played by Liam Neeson in Love Actually (2003) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0314331/ Great dad moments in this movie as well.
we are BIG fans of Parenthood…..Gil is definitely one of our favorites (we actually referred to him a few weeks ago….how he made Kevin play 2nd base). Love Actually is one of my favorite movies, but Todd won’t watch it with me……
Javier Bardem’s character in Eat Pray Love
come on todd, no darth vader? i am just catching up..
Professor Henry Jones (Sean Connery) – Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade
Clark Griswold (Chevy Chase) – National Lampoon’s Vacation
Laim Neeson – Taken
Chris Gardner (Will Smith) – Pursuit of Happyness
Guido ? (Roberto Benigni) – Life is Beautiful
Good picks…..I hope I never have to do what Liam Neeson had to do in Taken – yikes.
Darth Vader needed to pick up some parenting books along the way….he had a rough road!
little late on the response.
haven’t seen the last crusade yet, but i’m officially putting it in my netflix queue.
clark griswold- complete oversight on my part
liam neeson- can’t think of him as anybody other than qui gon jinn from the phantom menace
pursuit of happiness- i’ll check it out
roberto benigni- haven’t seen that one either.
guess i have some work ahead of me. good thing cathy’s out of town so i can get some of this movie watching done
Burt Hummel, father of the gay character Kurt Hummel on Glee. Trust me, this is a Dad worthy of some props!

i don’t watch Glee, but Cathy does. I tried to click on the utube link, but it went away due to copyright infingement. i wonder if it can be found anywhere else.
