I am a patient at Brightside and Dr. Oyasu has such a big heart. He has provided me the treatment and tools to get my life back. I experienced the very same issues Dr. Oyasu discuss in this interview. I made several phone calls to other clinics trying to find help and eaither no one would puck up or there 2 to 6 month waiting lists. Turning mundane into inspiring!

Zen Parenting Radio has changed my day to day life. The mundane and sometimes frustrating tasks of the day have become productive and thought-provoking. Now I look forward to folding laundry or my commute so I can listen to Todd and Cathy. They are authentic, funny and a wealth of information and resources.
