Ok, so it isn’t exactly 4 letters, but the way some of our elders react, it might be considered one: Selfish.
Todd and Cathy Adams hosted their inaugural show and focused on why it’s important for parents to take care of themselves so they can take care of others.
But how to do that in our busy worlds? They have answers and resources that will help you become Zen Parents.

Todd,
Enjoyed the radio show. Even though both my children are grown and out of the house I could relate to what you said.
I had a similar situation when my children were small and a bank teller asked if I was babysitting, I went off on him letting him know I was raising my children.
I have forwarded your link on to some of my nieces and nephew who have small children; I think it will help them.

What a great way of sharing the gift of self! I took alot away with this and my children are grown. I find that this is also a very effective tool for marriage in general. Thank you!
